Policies Good to Know
Late policy
If the client is 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation policy
If any appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the client will have to pay 25% of that scheduled service to reschedule.
No show policy
If client does not show up to their appointment, they will have to pay 50% of that scheduled service to reschedule.
